This is a request to book. Pick your dates and authorize your card at checkout. The card is not charged yet. We approve or decline within 24 hours. If we approve, the card is charged and the stay is confirmed. If we decline, or if 24 hours pass with no decision, the authorization is cancelled and you are not charged. A checkout that is still unfinished only holds the dates for a short time. A request that is waiting for review holds the dates until it is approved, declined, or the window ends.

The booking can include up to 8 guests. Children under 18 count toward that 8. No more than 6 adults. The primary renter has to be 25 or older and has to be present during the stay. No more than 10 people on the property at any time.

Firm. For stays under 28 nights. Full refund if cancelled at least 30 days before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled 20 to 30 days before check-in. No refund if cancelled less than 20 days before check-in. Firm Long Term. For stays of 28 nights or more. Full refund if cancelled at least 30 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.

Check-in is after 3:00 PM. Checkout is before 11:00 AM. You let yourself in with a smart lock. The exact address and the lock instructions come after the stay is confirmed.

No. Please leave pets at home.

Yes. Heat the pool is checked when you book, and you can uncheck it. October through May uses the peak nightly rate. June through September uses the lower nightly rate. The booking page shows the amount for your dates. The refundable security deposit is separate and is not taxed.
