House rules
A few things before you arrive.
Check-in is after 3:00 PM. Checkout is before 11:00 AM. The house is self check-in with a smart lock. The code is in your booking email.
During the stay
- 8 guests maximum on the booking, including children under 18. No more than 6 of those guests can be adults. No more than 10 people on the property at any time.
- The primary renter must be 25 or older and must be present during the stay.
- No pets.
- No parties or events.
- No smoking anywhere on the property, inside or outside.
- No music outside after 10:00 PM.
- Check-in is after 3:00 PM. Checkout is before 11:00 AM. You let yourself in with a smart lock.
- Park in the driveway. There is room for 3 cars. No overnight parking on the street.
Safety
- Two exterior cameras stay on during your stay. One is on the upper left corner of the covered patio. One is above the garage. They can send an alert when someone is near the front door or the driveway.
- Noise monitors are on the property.
- The pool and hot tub are not behind a locked gate.
- The house has a smoke alarm, a carbon monoxide alarm, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.

Firm. For stays under 28 nights.
- Full refund if cancelled at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund if cancelled 20 to 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if cancelled less than 20 days before check-in.
Firm Long Term. For stays of 28 nights or more.
- Full refund if cancelled at least 30 days before check-in.
- After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.
